I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and had global client base.
Mine is a Indian based client and they have office in all over India. Another plus point is that my colleague come from various cultural background, and we woke happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.
Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend highly values of count in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not values and individual' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of time. I do receive appreciation email from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-years appraisals.also, there is no on-job training for fresher's, hence senior folks like have guidance them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes.
It's mutual funds back end process here's handling totally 20 Bank mutual funds. They rolling and taking care about process customer quries handling and resolving... This company past 28 years running...
I have worked with rich experienced staffs. Training on processing of each units will be given by external vendor staffs. If you really strived harder hopefully you will have wonderful career in this company. There is no doubt about it. There won't be any sacking process at all that you think.based on your experience they will fix you salary which will vary once in a year after finishing your appraisal.bit of difficulty is in balancing the work and life because you will be stretching work hours 10 to 11 each day.
Compensation is decent but growth is slow. I have to work 10 to 11 hours straight in a day as i have to resolve many enquires through mails and phone.
I joined CAMS PVT LTD as a fresher, work for 15 months and decided to quit
as the growth was way too low as compared to other companies. Teammates were the best and managers were quite helpful. As we process mutual fund investments, it's a good place to learn about Indian MF.
Low increments, hectic exit clearance, very less pay. Need more infrastructure and more employee recreational centers.
I'll give a thumps up for work as teammates were all helpful and even my immediate manager was so supportive.
All teammates are good person, once joining new employee there's give good training, salary growth also High, appraisal good growth.
All are used local language,
My job is very interesting I am handling400 client, once client asked any queries I'm reply with in 10 minutes. I'm preparing Statement of holding, Advance Tax letters, processing ckyc and KYC. All documents quality checking.
Work culture, work life balance, improper managerial skills, protocal management, improper planning. So on and so forth
The most painful 2 years of my professioanl life. Every morning, I'm pushed by my commitment to work but end of the day nothing goes as you think. Bureaucracy is at all time high in this company. You can never be open with your thoughts.
Poor cooperation by team mate everyone wants to get rid of work,no training has provided by company only by mail process note sent .Sallery provided by only base of minimum wage, and appraisal only once in April,no travel expenses ,.Over all no growth in this company it is third party.
Overall my experience in cams is good, there invorment is good but when manager are not at the floor. There employees are much bater, they help in your every situation. And yes one most important thing is that there Management is too poor, they throw you out any day, means they terminate you any time when you not give business to the company.
