-salary on time -decent yearly hike(10-20 %) compared to companies like tcs and Infosys -flexible timings - some manager forced you to work on weekends when there is lot of work and there is always lot of work here. - short onsite but mostly in Africa

Dislikes

-tight deadlines -no proper planning of work and then put pressure on employees to finish the work - no work life balance - your manager is everything - unstable product as they are changing it alot frequently.

Team mates are good technically, recently lay offs happened due to company's bad performance,hikes are less,no onsite,ok ok environment
