The best thing over here is the job security and the work life balance. No one compels you to do over time. Also the perks you will receive during certain events or festival time.

The process which I worked doesn't had much growth opportunity and also the period which they demands for Internal Job Postings which is 18 months for freshers. I think its too long.

From management to Team Leaders everyone is helpful and supportive. You rarely need to contact HR for any issue since the company has amazing culture already setup to provide employees with best infrastructure and basic needs as well as keeping them notified about any upcoming events and promotions. I miss Concentrix a lot.

Though you get promotions and everything but the only challenge is they don’t change or revise the new salary as per market, it will be a flat increment which is very nominal and also the yearly appraisal those are something which is also very nominal to negligible. At times it feels like a person is underpaid, this place really has to work on this part.

Well I'm not saying about the whole CNX but for me they are not appriciating Or condering my honestly towards work and it's been 4+ years I'm working still an offroll employee here. And no increement on time

Training for freshers is good.

They don't provide the appraisal. And no medical facilities for freshers families. And the HR is lack of knowledge for any ESIC facilities and they change the HR policies any time and cheating with the employees who are freshers.

concentrix is a really great company, it has lot of positives to build your career, it will help you to increase your skills , it was my first job I joined as a fresher and my overall experience was really good

The Shift timings will change regularly, if we have a particular shift preference it would be excellent.

Salary is credited on time but with all the deductions. There is no night allowance , target achievement bonus , overtime pay allowance given to employees. Only "IR" is raised and employees are a target and have to face huge salary loss . What basic pay and salary which is mentioned in the appointment is far low than what employees receive as in hand salary

TEAM LEADER : MS ARCHANA BUHALIKAR . She never books transport for the employees, after the life of some employees and team mates whom she dislikes. Never supports or helps the teammate whom she dislikes and ensures that those team mates dont perform on the process and they are thrown out of the organisation. Employees are so harassed with her that they have to call for POLICE SECURITY for basic things at work to get their work done. She never gives or approves leaves to anyone and does not know how to handle and manage the team. She only brings her big fat body dumps on the chair and sleeps entire night on the floor. She has time to smoke but no time to book transport and ensure safety for the employees. Such pathetic team leaders should be held before Magistrate court and surely should be sent behind bars....Read More
