nothing poor management two people Samiksha and Nitin Sharma who run this company so called 25 years old which doesn’t comply statuary or govt mandatory policies

only have 5-6 people working in 25 years old company , Jyoti, Rahul but two people Nitin Sharma and Samiksha Goel who make their own policies Worked as RPO lead for client HDFC Ergo and it was the biggest mistake of my career joining the company realised post joining a brand where this experience didnt consider reason being no compliance in salary slips neither tds deduction in form 16 totally scam offer you something but reality is different...Read More

Lucrative salary offer which I never knew will not get this ever They will promise you alot for many offers but at last nothing will come in hand So called 25 years old company mentioned on website but still have 5-6 people in total.working with no statuary compliance Scam company

I worked as manager HR for BFSI client Nitin Sharma, Samiksha Goel, Jyoti and Rahul four people who rolled you over all and waste time Doesnt have professionalism No office presence Zero compliance No TDS deduction in form 16 but will deduct from salary but no credit when you file ITR because never it is paid against pan card Strict timings No job security No Saturday offs you will.asked to work from.home No salary date always delayed No variable paid off only will mention in offer to make CTC lucrative...Read More
