There is a serious lack of work-life balance in this company. Employees are often made to work from 9 AM until midnight and in some cases even to the next morning. There is no proper compensation for these extended hours.only verbal promises of comp off, which are rarely approved. Even basic rest is not respected. It feels like human needs are completely ignored. The work culture is highly exploitative. Most of the workforce consists of freshers who are expected to handle full workloads without sufficient training or guidance. Team leads typically have only around two years of experience and their lack of leadership skills affects team productivity. Even when there is no work pending, employees are made to sit for hours after regular working time.This creates unnecessary pressure and mental fatigue.
