No job security, no skill development. Politics among colleagues. They will hire you through 3rd party and after 2 years when you are feeling that they will make you their permanent employee they will terminate your contract before expiry without any proper reason . They give preference to Muslims, bengalis , Assamese and aligarh muslim university student . Incase you are pursuing law from AMU and you are not good in studies don't worry Consilio will hire you , although this work doesn't require law degree and law knowledge but they ask for law degree ....Read More
