Bad Salary, poor increment, Mental harassment if you are junior level, Higher management supports only senior persons every time, they even don't want to listen the junior employee's side. Toxic work environment. If you are a junior and you are doing good than it is your job nothing special in this. But for seniors everything comes in outstanding category.

Work culture is not good as compared to other IT industry. Sometimes Managers and other culiges are rigid. Politics involved while promotion and in work also. Work balance is not maintained and you have to strech everytime. No growth in skills compared to other IT industry.
