great working with team, subordinates, time management on agriculture, to some extent career development. we provide quality products, services to our farmers. its salary appraisal is also good according to performance all other benefits like incentive structure is also good.

Dislikes

supply management is not good mostly in fertilizer and pesticides (traded), not providing sufficient leave at required times.

My work was slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire marketing and promotional activities to increase our market share. I had tackled with good team management and it succeeded as we topped sales in Telangana & Andhra pradesh.
