It's a traditional company, mindset of employees here is very ancient, can't survive without buttering the bosses. No upskilling at all. Bosses are unable to use the efficiency of their subordinates. If u join the company, u will be out of the competition world outside, can't get another job that easily, as u will be out of the race. Join if u have great buttering skills.

Head management is very good but the ground level politics is very high. The facilities for the employee from company policy is very good but the intermediate of ground level is not provided their facilities.

Dislikes

High level politics and knowledgeble employees leaves immediately. Not good culture for the freshers because the previous employee's not supported for the learning. Every time political discussions dont anyone interested for the business discussion with business strategies. Harmful for the companys growth in between future.

1) Very low annual increments, 2) hectic work culture 3) toxic boss, always blames 4) no work life balance 5) no growth, 6) HR poor policies ,7) in annually shut downs work up to 16 hours, I don't recommend this company to any mechanical maintenance people. Please avoid it for your health and peace of mind. Those who joined newly they will get least salary increments 2.5℅ only they give. Daily work hours up to 12 hours Saturday is half day, but boss not let us to take. I suggest that it is worst place to work for mechanical maintenance guy. You can enquiry.
