The first thing I liked about the organisation is that we get to learn many more things regarding technical things. Apart from technical the work environment here is good.

There is no job security here. Appraisal and salary benefits always gets late.

Some Team leads, team members and manager are very supportive in upskilling .

Dislikes

All of HR department is worst there. Have zero quality of work ethics. No structure for salaries, freshers get more than that of someone 2 years experienced. Didn't had any projects for several months, laid off old employees and hired fresher ones .. just ridiculous. No job security at all Do not ever think to join.
