Every day feels like a new challenge, and not in a good way. Management just plays the blame game instead of solving issues. My experience here was disappointing. The management is unresponsive, and there’s no clear direction. I couldn’t wait to leave.

Racist comments are tolerated by management; it’s a hostile environment. Even when you perform well, feedback is often vague or negative, leading to frustration and diminished morale.
