CSC E GOVERNANCE SERVICES INDIA LTD IS A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK IN ,FOR NEW GENERATION YOUTHS ,AS ITS MAIN FUNCTIONING RELATED TO IMPLEMENT THE PROJECTS WHICH GOVERNMENT OF INDIA LAUNCHES FOR HIS PEOPLES RURAL OR URBAN,LIKE WISE WE CAN SAY CSC PROVIDES A PLATFORM WERE ONE CAN DO SOCIAL WORK TO SIDE BY MAIN JOB PROFILE ,MANAGING WHOLE DISTRICT IT SELF GREAT ACHIEVEMENT,THOUGH JOB SECURITY IS NOT THERE AS IT DEPENDS UPON THE RULING PARTY GOVERNMENT
HENCE SCENE OF JOB SECURITY IS TOO LOW,THIS DISSPOINTS THE WORKER
LOTS OF TRAVELING,THATS TOOIN RURAL VILLAGES ,AND LOTS OF FAME AND RESPECT TO EARNED BY VILLAGERS

MY WORK IS TO MAKE STREAM FLOW OF ORDERS AND MAKE VLES ,TO DO ASSIGNED TASKS,COMPLETE SELF TARGETS,LIASONING WITH GOVT OFFICIALS,ORGANIZING VARIOUS CAMPS AND SEMINARS,RELATED TO PVT AND GOVT TASKS

skill developemnt services are good, work environment also good, get good respect, have a good time to work on other activities,technical and communication skills improved alot, self satification with work, good business and entrepreneur skills needed

Dislikes

no salary, commisions or bills or not released in proper time, too much delay in getting work bills or commisions, there are lot of politics, career growth less, no job/work security,no special training.

technical skills of computer hardware&software were increased, business impementation analysis, always planing for new projects, handled financially risk taking projects,lead the team ,marketing& communications skills developed, presentation skills also

IN CSC ,THERE IS 150+ SERVICE. AS A EMPLOYEE, WE HAVE TO WORK ON ALL SERVICE. DUE TO CSC WE HAVE GREAT EXPERIENCE IN ALL FIELDS.

This compuny is ramrkable because it helps local rural areas. I love work with this company .when i was joining this compuny that time i m not good in tecchnology.bit i m noe perfact skill in tachnical point.i m happy too part pf this compuny.

Team mates are Compelled to work here. No training. No job security. No Career Growth. There is hardly any increment in salary. Lots of politics. Top management earning heavily with the support of govt. All figures & nos. of achievements are on papers but not on ground. Lots of travel. No proper sitting. No innovation. There is no work life balance. Completely a wasted company.

Company working culture is good and company provide the training time to time for any new services and project company give the opportunity for proving the himself for better future.

Company's some policy need to improve and should provide a tour with in india in a year to the its employee and need to improvement in appraisal and increment process.
