If you are lucky then you will get good projects. If you get bad manager and good projects then you dnt get any credit.

Dislikes

woman employees are preferred for new roles or promotions. Managers demotivate employees. Politics is priority over development and innovation. No clarity about future projects and no vision. HR are hopeless. Work here is like a service company.
