I am since 2019 , and my overall experience is good. Cummins is good company because of providing IJP(internal job position)to all employees, which will help to develop our skills and change work background.

Dislikes

For diploma candidate JSM post provided after 4-5 years they provide JSM 2, and it is continues, if you completed B.Tech or any higher education the. Also they provide JSM2. Many many employees are standing last 10years in JSM 2 post. This is main disadvantage after JSM2 no any good position.
