Work environment of Cummins is very good. Cummins is very much safer for women employees.

Dislikes

In Cummins salary increment is less for old employees than new people who are coming from other companies/organizations.

Work policy: If you want to work from home for emergency reasons you can work from home otherwise you have to come at office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
