Cushman is a client oriented company, Cushman will do whatever client will ask. Terrible experience with Cushman, no professionalism. There is no HR policy, if you will go to HR they will listen to Operation Manager only they will not listen an employee. If client will ask to fire a candidate Cushman will do without thinking a single time about an employee responsibility and family. I have all the proof that Cushman project manager is doing wrong and I told my operation manager about all the things. She listens all but she was told by client to fire me and I got fired after couple of days not only from a site but from Cushman and the best part was that I was received 3 appriciation letter in the same week but who cares and my tenure was 5 years approx in Cushman. Now I am always thinking that I have given my 100% all the time but what I received only a small salary, where is relationship between employee and company. Cushman will say you guys are family but they this is publicity stunt nothing else....Read More
