6 days working with an average of 10 hours per day easily. There are also instances where Sundays are not off. The entire work culture runs on cascading down unachievable timelines to deliverables, crazy workload and shifting blame. The problems start from clients' unrealistic expectations which are poorly managed by the business leaders due to lack of any real leverage in terms of value or quality of senior resources, ultimately leading to shifting of burden and blame to middle and junior roles....Read More

It is a team which is not big aut not too lean. Year end parties are organized in the month of Dec. Good hikes are given.
Dislikes
Recently there were layoffs and salary cuts. There are no formal trainings, but one needs to run through the sessions online by themselves which is not that interative.
