Only the worst company exists in the market. Management is poor, the CEO is the worst, HR is poor. There is nothing you can praise about this terrible organization. I seriously advise you all to not join this company, especially under Salim or Abhishek Sinha. Salim cannot be a more perverted man. He only looks at women with bad intentions. Only narrow-minded people can survive here, no one else. These people are so terrible that they don't even know how to speak properly or what professional behavior is. That's why they are stuck here, because no other company would even offer them a job. They are trash that can only be kept in a dumpster like Cyfuture. HR is considered lower than their shoes, and they say this themselves. Females get nothing but harassment here, and the irony is that this organization received an award for being the best company for females (bought with money). The police come to this company every day. There are more cases against the owner of this company than probably anyone else. Not only this, but the salary is never on time. I had worked with this company more than 3year, they don't care to Experience people, they just hired people from BPO person and give the authority to handling experience people. No manners to talking to Employees. there is no HR support if employees facing any issue related to management they just saying talk you senior all over there is no HR they hired receptionist. if company want to grow in IT department they fire to Bhuvesh(BPO person)from IT. I am working with Cyfuture since 2019.. During my jobs when i was completed my 4 year at my client location, I was forced to resign by Cyfuture management team and again rejoin without any pramotion and increment so that I'll not eligible for Gratuity and any other benifits, also I have to serve 3 months of notice period if I want to leve or change my job from Cyfuture.

There is absolutely no job security at this organisation as the management will expect you to perform miracles with 2 months of joining. The management will threaten you to implement you PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) out of no reasons or for absolutely bizzare reasons. They expect you you work continously for 8 hours infront ofthe systems like robot. There is extreme toxicity and negativity on the production floor as the management is highly incapable and incopetent in leading the depart or resolving issues within the team. They have a strict clause of 90-Day working period even for junior level employees at M2 band, you cannot leave the organization untill you serve the entire notice period or throw money on their begger like face (as they call it buyout). The management makes it own decisions at their own will and does care even a bit about the employees, or their situation. The organization would expect you to join them immediately but act as pure beggers when you ask for early relieving and demand you to buyout. The company is great place to work certified but a greater place to quit too. If you wish to ruin your career and hate your life to the core then please do join this organisation and watch your career fall like twin towers in Noida.
