Work culture inside Team manager Uday venkates Kodi & his all Projects. All mangers like freshers for telicom projects. They don't have live experience about Telecom industry that's why all project left from Cyient.

You can't like anything here , I genuinely request you not to join this company. this company is a fraud actually and the offers only look lucrative from outside. major issue is that you won't get a project here and would be fired soon, And luckily if you are inside the project, there is no time for yourself. Pathtic organisation. I wish I would give negative rating.

Office is well structured, getting 15/7 AC in hot weather.

Dislikes

There is so called HR department in company, who don't know anything. Management was so poor. In every company there is appraisal cycle, but in Cyient, this is not fixed. They will do as per there convenience. Also, people who are in upper band are not getting arrears of previous months. Good for fresher's definately but not the best. The work life, growth completely depends on the project.

Dislikes

Hike for fresher's will be after 2 yrs, some projects have more working hours then the projected hours, Difficult to get preferred working role as the HRs and Managers are least bothered about your skills they want only the people who want there work to be done.

1. Their job and qualification requirement do not match. 2. Their marketing team is not up to the mark. For 4 months we didnt had any project and neither the managers tell you excat scene.

Nothing to be liked in Corporate company like Cyient. As they hire in bulk and makes engineer seated on bench. They makes freshers seated in bench and makes their career dark.

Worst Manager in terms of technical Knowledge. Worst culture as they will send to any client location without any stay. They don't have there own project. Don't join such type of company as they will spoil career. Specifically freshers please dont join.

Worst policy have ever seen, no work life balance for the employees under managers. No organisation culture in managers and HR, they only think about companies profit and their own profit. Total under professional and uncultured people in the management.
