Cyient has good training facility, there are some courses available online, or through trainer which actually helps professional to build his catalog. the other thing good about Cyient is people whom I worked with.

I tried for promotions and salary hikes they never responded suitably, I was a ruby automation engineer, its difficult to find one, they let me go.

Nothing in cyient to like regarding work One thing to appreciate cyient is providing good education to poor kids adopting schools that's it

If you don't get any project with in 1month then definitely you will be getting weekly call from HR for reminding your last working day .. If you won't get project with in 2 months then you will be terminated directly. No job security. Company won't provide tea or coffee to thier employees we need to purchase. -Tea RS: 8/- Coffee 13/- Meals 55 rs (very less quantity) They won't consider associate feedback.
