If you join in hyderabad/secundrabad(@Uppal) office and you are outsider then their is language issues because maximum employee are local and they not comfortable in national language and as well as english. Even some manager and team leaders also not comfortable with any other language rather then there local language(Telugu).

Salary is very less for freshers and after joining for one mostly post processing work you will get. Just get 1, 1.5 years of experience and try to switch. Mostly telgu people belongs to hyderabad stay here.

People working hear has a fear of lossing job than fear of losing time of learning.

They hire bulk either by walk-in or merging companies. Say no projects for particular span where there is no point for employes to show there skills. Some employees make financial commitments on trusting the company will get some chance to show there skills in job, then same bulk recession happens. This is a recurring process. To the outside world,company is growing to its full potential with Good revenue in each quarter and top management feel happy with their packages(Most of them are from Marketing background) but for employees in Band D,E (Middle mgt) mostly from tech background, delivery pressures,salary cuts,utilisation pressures and not much hikes and poor packages.

Overall Environment is very good, you will never feel alone in this company, Senior Member are also very Helpful and Friendly.

-Manager rating system (reporting engineer is not good bcz of so many reasons at both sides) -Changing reporting structure at review / appraisal time. -Middle management don't recognize work done - I brought work in UK not utilized by immediate Manager. They should have grevience system to recognize ground level issues and middle management issues.
