it is something related to my stream...laboratory handling....gaining practical knowledge.......increasing my area of knowledge by teaching and training.....its all a person always likes to do...a positive response and appreciation from students is a good gift and a motivation to do better.... infact i m preparing myself here how to work under stress and long hour working experience too.
