Absolute horrible organization Dabur is. Never join it at any designation. Mass resignation happening. All new half baked interns & fresher are working at management level who have no idea of sale. Esp at West Zone, totally Lala company attitude of Top Managers.

Company culture is terrible Even higher management use abusing language . Zero job security typically lala type company Firstly they will hire you by showing big dreams and within 3 month they will ask you to put resignation. HR is very weak in this company, they know the person due to whom there is 80% attrition but they don't take action. Zero support from top management and you will find yourself helpless North Region is just like hell .
