in hisar team all managers are horrible and also you can’t take off even the company off or holiday. Our pay decided by GM not by your performance. If employees do work till 2AM after that you need to came in morning

In one liner : Policies are not employee friendly. Some of the detail key points mentioned below: 1. 1.5 leave per month including CL, PL, medical etc. 2. It’s not easy to switch the project 3. Managers are biased (Politics) 4. Lack of appreciation 5. Micromanagement 6. Salary structure and 10% variable policy which depends on projects and client feedback.
