Work life balance is good, company policies are good except 3 month notice period and variable. Company environment is also good, the employee are very Cooperative. Overall good company for everyone

In one liner : Policies are not employee friendly. Some of the detail key points mentioned below: 1. 1.5 leave per month including CL, PL, medical etc. 2. It’s not easy to switch the project 3. Managers are biased (Politics) 4. Lack of appreciation 5. Micromanagement 6. Salary structure and 10% variable policy which depends on projects and client feedback. Sometime it is zero due to no allocation on project and CSAT is less than 3 7. Lack of feedback, it will only given in the appraisal meeting 8. No work life balance 9. Lack of senior employees 10. -- I can say you have to sometimes struggle for the work-life balance (if you really want some). -- The team outings are not so frequent not even any small project party -- Sometimes you have to manage the things by your own (lack of good guidance) -- Very fewer chances of meeting the offshore clientside even if you are working with them for many years.

Working place is good. As a Fresher, I got lot of chances to work on multiple technologies.

Work pressure is very hight. Sometime I have to work on 12 to 13 hrs once in a day.

This company is open for learning new technologies, for a fresher I'll recommend this company. Nice learning opportunities, help full teammates and co-operative managers with good skills.
