In such a crucial situation like Covid-19 pandemic, instead of securing future of employees, DAR have laying off their employees. There is no job security in this company.

No compensation for overtime. You may have to work after office time.

If you are working in Dar Al Handasah, there is no personal life. Daily working time is 10 hours. If you are on project, you have to work after office time.

The office is clean and washrooms are hygenic. Paid lunch is also provided.

Company treats you as bonded labour. They note everytime time you punch in and punch out even for 5 mins.No team no management . Some People are working there for years they think it is their company and they do what they like. Any work is provided despite of your interests. Nobody listens to your problems.
