There is lot of internal politics in 3D Excite. The managers are awful and very less experienced. They value words more than work and lot of discrimination can be seen. Lot of people have resigned in the past due to same reason and the same will happen again.

The work life balance is great. If you want to learn something new,they give you chance to explore new skills. Yearly hike is decent.
The job hierarchy is not good. It means they do not have mid level promotions.(for 4-5 yrs exp) People are working for 8-9 years here without any promotion.

Work culture is great. You will experience the taste of working in product based company. People are nice here, overall good experience.
No learning opportunities. They have internal tools & frameworks which make no value out of the Dassault systemes. No learning opportunities, the developers here work as support people and solve the bugs in the code which is done by french people. Over glorified product based company, where developer don't develop, they maintain & support the client needs. Excellent organisation, good work culture. Opportunity to learn is high. Some managers are pathetic, they feel like they are paying salary from their own pockets and will treat you the same. But not everyone is like that. Work culture, leave policy , respect towards employees is real good points about organisation.
