Well, I am short of words to explain the company, I am still working here since an year now. My journey feel likes I am getting exploited no promotion, no growth, salary hike of 5 percent after getting appreciation from seniors hahahaha feel like joke to me now. If you're really keen to join corporate then don't come here and waste your time.

- No Growth - Incentives Never on time. - Less Salary - No work life balance - Politics - No Hierarchy - No HR support.

Work Details

There are no work life balance and life inside dataflow is pathetic after 2020, management failures, no HR intervention also no power with them. Compensation came late more than 2 months now.

Worst company to work, upper management like TL dont have good comm skill, its better to find other Company, no skill development, no learning, biased mangent.

If you are fresher then you can do work here better, not for experience candidates.
