No freedom to take decisions even upper management do not have authority to take decisions, industry lowest increment, Promotion takes 5-8 years, no resources provided on time, man or material, always keep fighting for same, even follow up for PR update is Engineer’s responsibility, they do nit bother even , Always keep person in pressures, overloded work which is nit even required, very less manpower and even overtime does not come on time, variable pay is not paid on time delayed by more than 8-10 months, injustice to technical people HR people can join or leave whenever they want while all rule apply to technical and mid to low level...Read More

Poor HR Policy,Increment and Variable pay giving too late,No Flexi timing,If Bus late due to traffic they deduct 0.5PL/day and even they can’t decide after 6-8month that leave to be credit to employees.My Own leave deducted 10-12 PL/year.They offer special seek leave during joining,after joining I haven’t received. They can’t make a one day picnic and get to gether for employees.

The only good thing about working in Deepak is 5 days a week working.

Dislikes

Worst work culture, no employee welfare, doesn't do increment in time delayed minimum by 8-9 months every year, doesn't release variable pay amount on time. No work ethics no professional approach. Senior management level is not at all concerned about employee well being.
