Doesn't matter how much you work no promotion/Appraisals. I know people waiting for promotion more than 6 years. They change the working model as they please. Change you career path if they want position to be filled. If you stay long in the company looking for a new job will be a nightmare because you'll lose confidence in your own knowledge. STAY AWAY

If work life balance and culture code is your priority, then Dell is the best workplace. Flexible work timings, high support for employees with families and kids. Management with no micromanaging, gives time and space to do your assigned tasks. Comfortable and satisfied workplace with decent pay standards. Your suggestions and opinions are well valued and transparent with the management.

Dislikes

Frequent layoffs and org restructuring is a matter of concern to job stability. If conditions are favourable, its really good for a long-term workplace :)
