Overall culture is bad. They just talk of transperancy but it's far from implementing it and when they decide to for people, they give all lame excuses which are very immature in nature. Only Big 4 without job security. Recommend not to join.

After working on every holidays when reaching out to Manager, he himself says that I am working on public holidays and weekends. If manager himself is saying such thing then we cannot expect help from anyone. Also after working very hard and also performing good (getting internal appreciation awards ) for one complete year in an area which is completely new then at the time of appraisal manager shows carrot and says we will prepare your case for the next year and you should perform more exceptionally. Management is pathetic. They will put you in multiple projects and everything will be urgent expecting us to work on all urgent tasks on the same day. So no work life balance.
