Perks are good, team outings and their goodies are nice. They provide many learning and upskilling resources.

Dislikes

Too much politics. The promotions are solely based on how "close" you are to your managers and nothing else. Even the projects are assigned on the basis of this. The closest people get the best projects. They don't care about the skills at all as the work is very basic for the junior level employees. Don't expect any growth or learning in career if you work here. Very toxic culture. The managers and seniors are not at all helpful. The compensation and perks are really good. People who got into good projects they really have good learning. Everything is about the luck how your being pinged to which project.

Dislikes

Got assigned to random projects with no scope of learning. Even graduates with engineering or MBA gets assigned to BPO projects being hired for different roles and skillset. And ruining people's career.

The office enviroment is chill and benefits are good. Salary structure doesn't have much variables its mpre refined.

Dislikes

The culture has gone down ut rotts with polictics. Favorite culture has completely taken its place and is considered mandatory in the name of networking.

People dont force for work from office which is a good things

Dislikes

People are on bench for many months and poor management in terms of onboarding a fresher onto a project, also very bad appraisals, they dont train you in a particular domain everything is very randomised which makes it difficult for a individual to switch later as you are not working in a particular domain!
