Risk Advisory is really a good role to be in. You will learn a good good deal. Highly recommend.

Dislikes

I know how work pressure is perceived to be in Big4s but to be honest in my function (Risk Advisory), it was not bad, see there would be months when you would be completely occupied and working round the clock but there would also be months where you would spent time relaxed working from the place you want.

Great place for collaboration and networking. Amazing facilities but restricted usage based on career level. Decent leadership depending on the business you're in. Okay benefits and hybrid work environment.

Dislikes

Not market leaders in terms of compensation. Deloitte plays it safe by staying in top 5 for pay. Promotions happen only if there is enough budget in the business and Business leader's personal preference. Too many rules and restrictions.

The culture is really bad. They monitor your food breaks, times you get up from your chair etc. They dont have many clients or a lot of work however they want you to stick to your chair. The seniors are not supportive. This place made my life hell!
