No dislikes as such. Just a suggestion that management should spend a bit more time in training employees. 2 weeks is just not enough.

Perks are good, team outings and their goodies are nice. They provide many learning and upskilling resources.

Dislikes

Too much politics. The promotions are solely based on how "close" you are to your managers and nothing else. Even the projects are assigned on the basis of this. The closest people get the best projects. They don't care about the skills at all as the work is very basic for the junior level employees. Don't expect any growth or learning in career if you work here. Very toxic culture. The managers and seniors are not at all helpful. Now onto what I dislike about working here: 1. You have way too many resources but no guidance. If you are just starting out in your career, finding proper guidance here will be difficult. 2. You literally own your career but at the same time you don't. You don't get to choose even the domain you are working in but at the same time, since you have no one mentoring you or guiding you, you are responsible for your career. 3. The appraisals and promotions and consequently raises are a joke. It all depends on what kind of relationship you have managed to build with the projects leads. 4. No work life balance, you only have a work life. If you want to be promoted and actually build a career here, you need to live, breathe, eat and sleep Deloitte. The compensation and perks are really good. People who got into good projects they really have good learning. Everything is about the luck how your being pinged to which project.

Dislikes

Got assigned to random projects with no scope of learning. Even graduates with engineering or MBA gets assigned to BPO projects being hired for different roles and skillset. And ruining people's career.

Work Culture within the company is awesome. DEI practise is top notch. You will be in a respectable postion within the company irrespective of your level. Benefits and perks were best in par comparision to the competitors.

Worst work life balance Work hours stretch between 16hrs -18hrs if you are in an implementation project within the Consulting practise. Promotions are not quite good.

Dislikes

Long working hours, work life balance. Rude behaviors of some managers. Not all of them are same but as managers they need to invest time in their subordinates career progression. There is no 360 feedback process.
