There's nothing to be liked working in Deloitte. It is as bad as the other big 4's. You get paid to clear your bills and that is the only motivation to work in firm like Deloitte with inhuman culture. If you get in the hands of a good team - Director manager and partner, you are saved or else you are in great soup. Everything. The culture is worst. Overworked and underpaid employees. Not allowed to take leaves. It is more about massing the ego of your bosses than hard-work. You would have read about Anna, trust me everything that Anna's mother has written and more happens in Deloitte and the system is built in a way that you would be thrown out if you care to raise voice.

If you are working for a remote client then you can enjoy work from home. But it's rare chances to get those projects.

Dislikes

No work life balance. North cyber is worst. Partner will not support you in any case, they are sitting on a position to make extra pressure on you. 11 to 12 hours on average working culture. No appreciation, only they will count your faults. No weekend, they will assign you work on weekends also. 4 to 5 projects is assigned to single resource.
