My work is Quality inspection of the materials by using Height gauge, vernier, micrometre,profile projector etc.create some required details in Excel sheets.working in SAP.visit other Production line to avoid line issues.update the Quality plan.
I am one of the team member of supplier Quality as a Quality inspector.They teach me how to handle measuring instruments and how to inspect the materials by using measuring instruments.They products by using their new innovations and they discuss with us, about development of new products.They provide food and bus for all routes.Women's have separate hostel and they give more safety for women's.

Here , good trainings available for skill development, good chance for carrier growth, But in salary system is poor. More difference for well experienced persons and new GET. It's not easy to balance your personal life. There is no benefits available for overtime working , special day working.Employes welfare not good to compare standard companies. There is no bonus in a years and leave balance days given in a year also is low. I will not prefere to my friends in they get any job opportunities. thank you

The salary is not enough in this economic situation, and no bonus and appraisals are delayed, appreciation and awards are less, by that the workers are not appreciated for making improvements. No events are done In special occasions even in founders day..... In last employees are treated as robots......
The work there is frustrating and boring, feels like doing the same work again and again and restricting the improvement........
My company gave me a great explore for my carrier.i have work with full satisfaction for my organisation growth.I have learn more technical and technology used in my working place.I have learn how the tests are conducted and results are given to customer.I have learn product knowledge also.I have learn more about research and development in my cimpany products.
Company has give me a less training in learning stage.
(1) Lack of Transparency,(2) Bureaucratic Structure,(3) Politics,(4) Poor Treatment while Job change/Retirement,(5) lack of Professional HR Policies,(6) Weak Senior management,(6)No policy on Succession ,(7) Profit Sharing only for few Limited Senior Management,(8) Accountants running the show,(9)Senior Management frightened by Accountant,(10) Top Management -Poor Listener
