I would say choose your next Job carefully. May these Points help you. 1- Worst company culture, Basically it is production oriented company and the decision authority is the higher management of Production team. In case of R&D team the policies are completely production motivated. 2- Zero Learning, Since the job security is there hence the most of the decision making peaple are above 45-50 yers of age which are there since last 20+ years, which makes the company being operated on old principles. They are just getting the salary and completely working just to justify their salary. No new things or innovation happening. 3- For R & D team there is 5 day working, But dont think it is so simple as looks, they have 9.5 hours (8:30 AM to 6 PM) of mandatory working timing so the saturday hours can be covered from 5 days working. 4- No work from home policy, dont expect you will get any work from home even if you are sick or in case of any emergency. You need to use your leave only. 5- It is very strange they dont give laptops to any employee till manager level. 6- Same as any other ordinary production plants this company also follow favouritist principal, if any have such quality then you can make a fortune their, but be aware of the competition already there. 7- The HR team will help you during onboarding after that one should forget them.
