Nothing for likeness. Very ridiculous 👿👎. No leave policy. Work environment is very poor.. No support from HR. Senior Operation mangers are not for work there. They are only for Arbitrarion there. Senior management doesn't know how to behave with juniors. Totally disappointed. No job security. No HR policy, they just firee the guys only on whats app call.

The only good aspect is that if you join the organisation as a fresher, you get opportunities to learn and enhance your skills.

Dislikes

The organisation lacks work life balance, promotional opportunities, a supportive culture and job security. Working here can feel like being trapped like a prisoned slave. I would strongly advise against working here; it’s preferable to seek employment elsewhere or remain jobless than endure the conditions at dhruv.

Bad experience for me. For them, a definition of good employees means those who would stay as their puppets. No fixed work hours, they will tell you to work for hours as per their need. Worst place. Work life balance is just a mess.

Dislikes

Many people that I know in this company are fed up with all those aspects that I said above, but still, I don’t understand why they still are working here. They looked disturbed, stressed, and don’t seem happy to work here. I wish they too realize what’s good for them and take the necessary decision, at least for their own health.
