Nothing. There is nothing to like in a lala company. The people at higher levels have spoiled the name of company and the ship will sink.

Everything. Dictatorship rules here. What matters is pleasing the seniors, more than working and getting the work done at site. Seniors don't take responsibility and ready to blame juniors. unworthy promotions happening every year. More than finding solution to problems, what matters is to blame the consultants and new staff. Pathetic work culture. Going to site is called as business and never let to go on site and when wrong happens, seniors stand up to blame. Horrible place to work and wasteful days spent....Read More
