Im a part timer working at dmart, they are providing good opportunities for student to work as well as to study, that's what I like about it.

But the way things going on at dmart is not good, the structure of cash point, the assistant manager is not good, dmart doesn't provide money for extra working time, and they also doesn't provide week off money for part timers neither they provide paid holidays money, i know i am working as a part timer but atleast i should also getincrement, and also no help regarding work and life balance, i have never show them giving us health balance management, they never told us cashier as we are billing continuously at dmart they never told us what are the issue we face while continuosly billing and what methods should we take to prevent any health issue in future, there are less staff and being a cashier i have to scan and pack all the products on my own most of the time, only some customers help us packing...Read More
