Everyday iam traveling from Doha To Ras Luffan site almost 3.30hrs per day. when everyone get 8+4 hrs for overtime but iam getting 8+1hr It means they don't consider my travel hours, they follow only the finger print punch time. I lost so many hours in last one and half years. Project manager is not listening the issues. I tried and failed. Whenever they call site, they used to say just few days only work after that they send me other locations. Roaming in Qatar by loosing my work hours.....Read More
