1. All depends on the position you are in. There are numerous worthless positions in dr reddy's IPDO who spend a hell of a time in tea points and worthless mindless discussions. If your boss is good you will enjoy work however, in analytical vertical you will hardly find such boss.
2. Opportunities and growth expectation is 0. Partiality and favoritism rules the analytical sections. No matter how much you give to the organization the manager will never support you. Only formulators and synthetic teams get good hike and money.
3. Multi manager system hierarchy. You literally have to report to your team leader who by the way is not your boss. Your boss is the formulation/synthesis manager who will look after the formulators/synthetic team which hardly consist of more than 3 people. Analytical person will be a football between the team leader and manager. Team leader reports to head Analytical and not the manager. Over all its a MESS.
4. There is no integrity with regards to increment
No motivation for work for an analytical chemist/scientist. Managers praises other people but analysts are always at gunpoint. If Bioequivalence fails managers are never made aware of their mistakes. No recognition for hard working people. Not even a word
Depends on your manager. Officially its monday to friday.
