Easy to manage personal and professional life. Appraisals are fair. Team-mates are supportive.
Notice period is of three months which is very long.
The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning but I learnt so many things later under the guidance of manager.

Drish is not using latest technologies. Salary hike is less.
I have worked with largest team i.e. CoStar. It was great experience for me till team had good seniors, after that it was quite different environment, they will not tell you that you are shadow resource. All in all when look back it was great experience.
