I like work environment, I got good project and good team I like to work in DXC Technology.

Dislikes

There won't be any promotions , hikes even though there won't be any auto promotions. Better to have atleast auto promotions.

Not looking after their management, policies are there but still management is not giving. Not hiring new resource and creating pressure on employees for doing more work. The work from anywhere policy. I did not went to office during my complete tenure at DXC which was approx 2.5 years. The work life balance varies from project to project, but mostly it's good. The rewards and recognization is really good. The work from home step up is completely sponsered by DXC. They have middle salaries and also most remote work.

Their work is complicated as it is required of many, but without any support, so too bad promotions in 8 years I did not get a promotion, but for the annual wage increase it is something that does not exist.

This organisation is not concerned about their employees. There is no growth in any way.. if you want to do nothing in terms of professional growth or financial growth and wanted just a job for engagement then join dxc . otherwise it's not an organisation for ambitious folks

Everything is good as it is giving permanent work from home. But, it is the only benefit from this company. Also maintains work - life balance great and colleagues and management is quite good.

No Appraisals and proper appreciation for the work you have done and no regular hikes.

Hikes should be provided. Expecting permanent work from home. No organisational trips. Sometimes work stress due to rotational shifts (night shift)

It's permanent work from home. No need to get ready daily for offices and travel and all. Just wake up at any time and if it's your shift time, login from your bed also. You can sleep and work.

They are not giving hike and promotion timely. Salary is not high. New joinee are getting higher salary than the existing employees.

Nothing to say, if you would need example for bad company you can 100% says DXC is best and No1 out of this.

Communication and support for management is good for improving our self

Not enough projects is there for that ask employees to resign them selfs that is not correct bcz people will face many issues for that

Like in other companies, we can learn with our own interest, timings are flexible if you complete your work on time, team members are good.

1. No job security, if you got low rating in appraisal, simply managers will ask to resign the Job in portal, they will not give any 2nd chance, i have faced the situation. 2. Managers behave very friendly in nature, but they always monitor to our mistakes and they will not hesitate to fire our Job. 3. very difficult to know who is our HR and its really difficult to get it resolve the salary related issues. 4. Company is not employee friendly, and there is no outing and employee refreshments in the company. 5. No proper hikes they will provide. 6. within 1 day managers will ask to resign the job if we got low rating and some time they will give voluntarily low ratings to fire a candidate. 7.
