Nothing is good in this company. Firing going on since a long time people are scared. Guess the company is making profit by firing people. Regarding work culture the provided most of the maintenance and support work. 95 percent of the projects are maintenance and support.. Managers do Politics. better not to believe any manager. They say different time to time. Most of the important information does not get communicated through email. No manager do any thing good for any employee. They do work for themselves and satisfy their manager. Company sales its parts by separating it into multiple parts and make profit. Salary increment is a dream....Read More

Everything is good as it is giving permanent work from home. But, it is the only benefit from this company. Also maintains work - life balance great and colleagues and management is quite good.

No Appraisals and proper appreciation for the work you have done and no regular hikes.

Hikes should be provided. Expecting permanent work from home. No organisational trips. Sometimes work stress due to rotational shifts (night shift)

It's permanent work from home. No need to get ready daily for offices and travel and all. Just wake up at any time and if it's your shift time, login from your bed also. You can sleep and work.

They are not giving hike and promotion timely. Salary is not high. New joinee are getting higher salary than the existing employees.

Communication and support for management is good for improving our self

Not enough projects is there for that ask employees to resign them selfs that is not correct bcz people will face many issues for that

Like in other companies, we can learn with our own interest, timings are flexible if you complete your work on time, team members are good.

Dislikes

1. No job security, if you got low rating in appraisal, simply managers will ask to resign the Job in portal, they will not give any 2nd chance, i have faced the situation. 2. Managers behave very friendly in nature, but they always monitor to our mistakes and they will not hesitate to fire our Job. 3. very difficult to know who is our HR and its really difficult to get it resolve the salary related issues. 4. Company is not employee friendly, and there is no outing and employee refreshments in the company. 5. No proper hikes they will provide. 6. within 1 day managers will ask to resign the job if we got low rating and some time they will give voluntarily low ratings to fire a candidate. 7. Over all we can work temporarily for 2 years, but its not secure place to work under managers, mainly in Bengaluru....Read More

Overall it was good experience working here. In DXC it totally depends on the project and i was it one of the good project. Even though it was bit stressing when there was outage because of high volume but team lead and managers were also helping us.There was one lady team lead with bit of toxic behaviour but rest all managers where co-operative

No salary hikes,no promotions even after good results. Freshers are treated like nobody. They don’t care about work-life balance they just want work to be done no matter what
