Very disappointed and disgusting environment, they don’t know anything ,fake people . I followed my exiting process from Dynpro and they did not provide me FNF and very disgusting hr department and they did not provide my last salary and I was literally begging from them

Salaries are on time. Sometimes it get delayed by 1-2 days but that's fine. It's manageable

Poor work culture. Toxic environment Toxic people Most of time they tell lie that they are hiring on permanent basis but majorly its on contractual basis with least job security. In your notice period they will show their actual faces. Pathetic work culture and worst managers. They will never appreciate you. And majorly they areplaying blame games. Assets management is also not good. They will send you refurbished laptops and at the time you are leaving they will deduct a heavy amount from your FNF saying that you have made damage. I will never recommend anyone to join Dynpro as it will limit your growth and the only the old employees getting the benefits. They will never value your talent and skills....Read More
