Everything depends on the contract company and not them. On time salary.

Dislikes

Salary gets only at 5th of every month. No insurance and they deduct gratuity from ur salary which is taxable too. No leaves for first 6 months and only one day every month after that .

As i worked for the client, there is nothing to like from Dynpro side.

Dislikes

They are purely in business minded people. DoJ informed and after that send a mail stating that it is going to change, i called many times to the recruiter, but they won't pick the calls and they responds for emails as well. They disable my credentials and informed that contract got closed. Such a terrific company to work. If anyonedon't have any commitments can work in Dynpro. After you resigned from organization and if they are not responding you will be in trouble. by depending on this people, if you made any commitments, gone case. Salaries are on time. Sometimes it get delayed by 1-2 days but that's fine. It's manageable

Poor work culture. Toxic environment Toxic people Most of time they tell lie that they are hiring on permanent basis but majorly its on contractual basis with least job security. In your notice period they will show their actual faces. Pathetic work culture and worst managers. They will never appreciate you. And majorly they areplaying blame games. Assets management is also not good. They will send you refurbished laptops and at the time you are leaving they will deduct a heavy amount from your FNF saying that you have made damage. I will never recommend anyone to join Dynpro as it will limit your growth and the only the old employees getting the benefits. They will never value your talent and skills....Read More
