For TL profile is not at all recommended to anyone. Very bad experience till date. If anyone have a TL profile they just don't exist for the company . Company only knows SM and associate . TL also only the MORNING TL is responsible for everything for the store but there existence not present for the company... Higher management just want every work done from TL only , from HOUSEKEEPING to OPERATIONAL work FROM DUSTING TO SELVES CLEANING .From ordering of stock to arranging the stock in the sections. Work pressure is very high for the TL {Morning} Overall never join this company as a TL .......Your whole life become hell....Read More
