All the top management and Leaders are from mechanical and dont understood about Electroincs and its asscociated applications. they dont encourage people with talent and they need only bucketing manager people. Few peoplewill get promotion for every 1.5-1.10years by taking others credit and work. Most importantly its not an ethical work place.
