Though depends on manager but mostly, Performance evaluation on how you speak .. not on technical evaluations.. Manager oriented company (same technical position person gets lesser importance).. Less technical exposure.. slow work.. if you are at starting of your carrier, shouldn't join..

Nothing to like it about company. If you are MTech from IIT dont come to Eaton. Total waste company. No skill improvement here.

No work life balance. Bad politics. Bad management. If you get opportunity in CIP only then come to Eaton. You need to work beyond 12 hrs sometimes. Managers are brainless. No learning. Difficult to switch from here. Dont come to product team like Aerospace, Vehicle, Electrical.
